Mrs. Small was one my favorite people ever. From the days when I was one of her "library workers" at the Junior High to later when I would meet her generally in the Rockland Public Library. Always a smile, a laugh and always a kind word. She always remembered that I had a love of books and libraries in general. To her family, I hope her passing was peaceful. The world is a better place because of people like Mrs. Small. She will be greatly missed. Respectfully, Ronald Dyer
