Dear Barbara, Joel and Family,
I would so love to attend your Mother's funeral, but unfortunately I will be at my daughter's that day. I just wanted you to know that I am sorry for your your loss, and it is a loss for you and for all of us! Your mother was truly the kindest person I have ever known. And her gentle smile could truly brighten my spirit.
