To each of Al's children, Jill, Marc, Susie, Joan, and all of the extended family and of course, all of his many friends and University of Maine alumni, I send my deepest condolences. He was my brother-in-law, but he felt more like a brother. He continually called to check on me after Uncle Joe passed away. All I can say that he was a heck of a man and will be greatly missed. He filled the void in many people's lives and always left us with a smile. Please remain strong. That's just what he'd want. I love all of my extended family. Forever, Carole
