Our thoughts and prayers are with bill's family. We rented from bill and barbara for 8 yrs. We will never forget all the "talks" out on our steps with bill!!! I don't believe in the 8 yrs we ever saw bill with out a smile on his face. All the stories him and carl would talk about from when they both were much younger!! All the laughs that we shared on those steps!! We will keep those memories near to us. R.I.P Bill!!
