Condolence From: Rene & Cheryl Kelley
Condolence: We learned just today that Bill passed away. We have many fond memories of Bill and of Barbara. Bill was a great uncle and mentor for me. I worked with Bill at the Rockland IGA and Bill was, at that time, also employed as a Special Officer with Rockland, PD. It was Bill that encouraged me to get into law enforcement and I fulfilled that dream when I joined Rockland PD in 1988. Though Cheryl and I moved to New Hampshire where I took a job with Durham, PD, we always kept Bill in our thoughts. We pass our condolences to the family on Bill's passing.

Condolence: Our thoughts and prayers are with bill's family. We rented from bill and barbara for 8 yrs. We will never forget all the "talks" out on our steps with bill!!! I don't believe in the 8 yrs we ever saw bill with out a smile on his face. All the stories him and carl would talk about from when they both were much younger!! All the laughs that we shared on those steps!! We will keep those memories near to us. R.I.P Bill!!
