Condolence: Nancy and family, Carol and I send our condolences and God’s blessing to you. Loss of a spouse, father, and grandfather is especially devastating. May you be comforted by your memories and by the special man George was to family and friends. God bless you in the coming days as you mourn your loss and celebrate George’s life.
Condolence: I am sorry to hear this news. George was a customer at Home Depot where I have worked over 11 years and even as gruff as he appeared to some, I always said hi and asked how he was and got him to smile! My thoughts are with his family at this time.
Condolence: Rest well George. You were a constructive critic and a dedicated sailor. You truly represented Rockland Harbor well during our time together. Thank you. Jon Trumble - former Rockland Harbor Master
Condolence: We are so sorry to learn
about George's death
We have only known George for dozen or so years on the Rockland waterfront in his role as Two Toots
George always took good care of us and our friends and family
Beneath the sometimes tough veener was a good man
We enjoyed sharing grandkids stories with him
We will miss him for sure
Condolence: Nancy and Marlayna, I was so shocked and saddened to hear of George's passing. I have so many memories of running up to your house to play with Marlayna, and George would let us play in the houseboat, or dig out the tree hook and pull down the branches of the pear tree out back so that we could pick the fruit. The pears were always hard as a rock and we couldn't wait to eat them once they were softened! I am thinking of you, and sending my love.
