Obituary for Mildred Jean Grant
ROCKPORT — Mildred, 93, went to Heaven on May 8, 2016. She was the daughter of Bowman and Sarah Durkee.
Born on Islesboro on Jan. 26, 1923. She graduated from Camden High School in 1941. She married Evans Grant where they made their home in Rockport.
She is predeceased by her husband Evans, son Butch, and daughter Elizabeth. Surviving family is Bowman and Bea Grant of Camden, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
No services will be held, final resting place is in Sea View Cemetery in Rockport.
