Bill and my ex Dale used to fish together along with one of the long boys.  They went out of Portsmouth NH once.  Bill, Dale and I elected to stay in Portsmouth over night. While there Billy got a tatoo, I think it was his first one, of a dolphin if memory serves me. We walked all around Portsmouth went out to eat and it was a really great time. Billy was a nice man and I will miss him. RIP billy.
