To Joe's family I am very sorry for your loss.Joe was a good friend of my youth.I have never forgotten the time's we had in track and x-county.He was alway's way ahead of me.When he use to run around Owls head I use to ride my bike ahead of him so he could pace himself but some how he alway's passed me and said your going to slow.I still have the letter he wrote to me in the navy in 1969.Rest in peace my friend.Donnie Wiley
