Condolence: Ray was a good man,and good men are rare these days!We all know that he is in a better place now,watching over us all,laughing.All i can say is i was in Maine medical center for over a month and that man held me together,what more can you say about a man with such character.

Condolence: Ray was a great man and I am honored to have been able to meet him and get to know him!! he will always hold a special place in my heart!!

Condolence: In April 1996, I was assigned to the Maine State Ferry Service as General Manager. Captain "Ray" O'Neal was one of a very small group of employees selected to assist in developing policies and procedures that would lead to AB's being trained and upgraded to Captain positions and designing uniforms for crew members. Ray's insight to management's position and a clear understanding of younger crew members' needs was amazing. He was very intuitive and always willing to assist. His ideas and opinions were highly respected. I considered Ray a true professional and friend.
