Condolences

Condolence From: Rhonda
Condolence: It's hard to believe a whole year has passed. Karen is still remembered fondly - I can still see her smile and feel her enthusiasm for helping people. I hope time has softened the hurt of her loss and brought many warm memories.

Condolence: I remember Karen fondly and was sorry to hear of her passing. We worked in different social service agencies in Willimantic at the same time and ran into each other often. I remember her smile and enthusiasm and commitment to the individuals she worked with. I'm sure she made a difference in many of their lives.

Condolence: We are deeply sorry to hear of Karens passing. I'm so glad that we ran into you at Pen Bay before we left for FL so that we were able to visit a bit, not knowing it would be the last time we would see Karen. I've never known anyone more friendly or more cheerful than Karen. As a fellow docent at the Farnsworth, she was the first to invite me to a docent social and I received my Docent Pin at your beautiful home. She brightened up every room she entered and genuinely made people happy. She will be missed but remembered fondly as she lives on in her children, grandchildren and her many friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with you John, and your family, as you mourn the loss of a tremendous woman. Bob & Sandy

Condolence: John, I was so sorry to hear that Karen had been in the hospital and admitted to hospice. I was quite surprised to learn of her death. I have thought of the two of you often as I continue my Master's Degree. I so enjoyed our conversations when I was coming to visit her as her home care nurse. I remember our shared opinion of Zoe, the telehealth machine! I will continue to remember you both fondly! Susan Folk
