Born in Rockland, November 1, 1934, the daughter of Arnold and Alice (Williams) Allen, she grew up in Rockland and attended local schools, graduating from Rockland High School in 1952.

On August 28, 1954 she married Kenneth W. Kearly Sr. in Rockland. Together they made their home on Crescent Street where Louise has resided her entire adult life. Active in her community, she was a member of the American Legion Post No. 1 and the Emblem Club with the Rockland Lodge of Elks. Together with her husband, she enjoyed spending winters in Florida up to and including this year. She was a strong independent woman, and will be sadly missed by all.

Louise was predeceased by her parents, her husband; Kenneth Sr. her sister; Margaret Godin and her brother; Keith D. Allen. She is survived by her son Kenneth W. Kearly, Jr. and his wife Sharel of Chesapeake, VA; her daughter Kelly Landers and her husband Steve of Valrico, FL; four grandchildren, Kenneth W. Kearly, III, Denielle L. Landers, Kendra Eller, Steven L. Landers, Jr.; and four great-grandsons, Micah, Colin, Evan and Kayson and one great-granddaughter Reagan on the way.
