Cheryl, I was saddened to read of Steve's passing. He was always "the baby" and you were the oldest. I'm unable to attend the service but will be thinking of you, Tracy and Artie.

Emily, we are so sorry for your loss. We will miss our silly visits and singing our songs and being ridiculous with you both. Please know we are thinking of you during this difficult time. Much much love from you Mercy gang!!

My deepest sympathies to Emily and all of Steve's family. I worked with Steve at MBNA for many years, and I witnessed his courage, strength and sense of humor. Steve was one of a kind and one of the hardest working people on the team. No matter what kind of a day you were having, it got better every time Steve was around. He often didn't need to say a word, you could see the smart aleck wisecracks in his smirk and the sparkle in his eye. I truly hope you rest in peace Steve, but I know you will be up to no good pretty quick!

I am so sorry about Steve. I will miss seeing him. I know he is in a better place now but that it does not make it any easier on those left behind. Please know I am just down the road if you need a friend. Sending you all my thoughts and prayers.

Growing up, wherever my brother Craig was, Steve was not far behind. He was a part of our family and the friendship he and my brother had was life long and something to be envied. Whenever I saw Steve there was always his sense of humor and general good cheer even in the face of all his physical difficulties. We will miss him. Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go to Emily and the rest of the Lilienthal family.
