We were very sorry to learn of the recent deaths of Jim and Patt Algramt. Jim was not so much a colleague at CIA as a close friend. We socialized often with them. We lived close together in Fairfax, VA and shared vacations several times in the south of France. Jim was our expert on French culture and cuisine. After he an Patt retired in Maine we missed the personal contact with them but continued being in touch by mail and cards.
