She worked at F.W. Woolworth Co. and J.J. Newberry, both in Rockland, before and after attending PBI.

This past February 26th, Marjorie enjoyed the festivities of her 100th birthday party at her home. During that party she was thrilled to receive many friends and loved ones. The week prior she was presented with a State of Maine Legislative Certificate of Proclamation recognizing her special day by Senator David R. Miramant and Representative Pinny Beebe-Center.
