Read once about how we all occupy our chair in life very briefly. The time we had with Ed is a gift and we are all the better that he occupied his chair very well. So enjoyed going to Searsmont and Wiscasset to visit Ed with my Dad. They would sit and talk about ole times and Ed would always remember everyone's name and who they belonged to. My Dad will so miss the wonderful letters that Ed wrote to him. Our family wishes to send our sincere condolences to everyone in Ed's family..he will be missed. Ed always said to Dad when we left "hope the next time we see each other our eyes are open"...it always made my Dad smile. Thanks Ed
