I am stunned and brokenhearted. Mary Ellen was in Bangor when I started in Directory Assistance. She was always sure to bring a smile and belly laughs to all she encountered. When I spoke with her on occasion from the TAC she was still that joyous and lovely lady. She will undoubtedly be missed by many. Sending much love and hugs to her family and friends. May their fond memories and shared laughter bring them solace in their time of grief.

LOVED, LOVED Mary Ellen... :( Is ray of sunshine too corney to discribe the feeling that she brought when she was around? She spoke with a smile, and always made you feel like she really cared about what was going on in your life. I did not know her well as an adult, but, was always happy when our paths crossed. My teen year memories of her are nothing but happy and fun! I feel Thankful today for have known her! My thoughts are with all those who loved her. ox

Please accept my condolences during this difficult time. I was so sad to hear of your's, as well as our loss. Mary Ellen had been a good friend since I joined the phone company in 2000. Her quickness to smile and laugh was infectious and her willingness to help someone always stood out to me. I will miss her very much.
