Dear Jeff Sr, Your life changed mine forever. Your love and creativity and happiness brought your son to me, and I can never begin to thank you enough. Everything wonderful in you comes out through your grandson Ryan. So many incredible qualities and compassion and concern you have passed down through your children that have only given me the greatest sense of family. Your talent brought so much joy to others, every piece was a surprise of how truly gifted you are. I will miss all of the holidays and adventures we never got to share, but all of your children and grandchildren will have amazing lives and experience adventures with your spirit and love of life. We will miss you every single day but carry your memory close as we live the life you would hope for us.

I don't know a single person who didn't like you. A genuine and good person.

For anyone that didn't know my Dad, he was an amazing father, husband, grandfather, friend, lobsterman, artist, teacher, inventor, sculptor, fisherman, lover of animals, builder of all the things, and so much more.

My Dad was a man, a REAL man among men, that even when he was told he wouldn't be able to walk again, he walked again. He always took on to much, and did so much for everyone, because he genuinely cared more than anyone, even if he didn't know you.

There will never be another person like you Dad.

I am so proud that I am able to call you my Father and best friend.

Your legacy, to never give up and care for everyone around you, will continue to live on in everyone you've touched in your life.
