Bill's grandmother Lizzie Stowell was my great-grandfather's sister. Bill and I caught up with each other several years ago when his cousin told me of his family photo collection. What a collection it was! Bill and I worked for three years to bring their identities to life, succeeding more than half the time. We appreciated our family connections, which Bill honored by presenting me with one of his slate clocks. Safe journey, Bill Eustis.

I knew Bill for many years when he ran the local social security office. After retirement I saw him often walking around town I was delighted when he told me about his clock making and showed me one that ran backwards. He had one on a black slate face which I bought for a friend who I knew would appreciate the quirky timepiece. Peace to all his family and friends.
