Condolence From: Karin Anne Johnson
Condolence: I was very saddened to hear of Paul's passing. I worked with and knew Paul at Microwave Radio in Chelmsford. He offered me his sincere friendship as we worked at MRC. Although we moved to different states, I always considered him a friend. I had the privilege of having dinner with him and his lovely wife Jackie a few years ago. I will truly miss his helpful advice and counsel.

Condolence From: Fred Hopengarten
Condolence: Paul was a ham radio friend of many years, since before he went West. I had a chance to visit with him last year in Maine, and he was a most gracious host. In particular, he offered me his thoughts on the process of going through the "multiple myeloma tunnel." Sadly, regretfully, he never came out the other side of the tunnel into complete remission. Following him by about two years into that tunnel, I was luckier.

When I inquired if I might come by to visit him this past June, he was, quite rightly, reluctant to welcome guests so soon after his second stem cell transplant. I am sad about the fact that I had no opportunity to visit with him again, to commiserate, and to celebrate my own success with this disease.

We'll miss you buddy. You were an accomplished engineer, who offered good advice to any inquiry. 73 one last time, Fred K1VR
