Condolence From: Jim Hale
Condolence: Chris, while it is never easy to loose a parent, please find comfort in that he touched so many lives, like mine. Your Dad was on call one night and came upon the accident scene on the way to the hospital. He took charge of my Mom, Jane Giffin Hale, right there and all the way through surgery. She had broken her pelvis and was essentially folded in half. If not for him on sight, the EMTs would have tried to flatten her legs on the stretcher. He knew better. He was her angel that night and subsequently through her pregnancy with me. He was in communication from Camden with my Mom's doctors in Buffalo New York during the delivery knowing her history. Once a patient, always a patient. That's the man I know and without him, may not be writing you this note. I'm sure there are countless stories, but thought I'd share mine from a Camden native now living away. Jim Hale
