CAMDEN - Bernard ‘Bernie’ Diamond, 89, died peacefully, holding the hand of his beloved wife, on his 89th birthday, Saturday, December 19, 2015 at the Sussman House in Rockport.
A committal service with military honors will be held at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 383 U.S. Route One, Suite 2C; or the American Heart Association, 51 U.S. Route One, Suite M, Scarborough, ME 04074.
