Condolence From: Nancy Noyes
Condolence: Bill was such a special and dear friend, my heart is broken knowing I will never hear his voice or feel one of his bear hugs ever again. He took such amazing care of so many people, and spoiled his fur babies rotten just as they deserved. He was, and will remain, my brother from another mother. Now he is out of pain and his heart can rest.
