WALDOBORO - Katrina ‘Kate’ Waltz-Hixon, 67, died at her beloved home, Tuesday, December 30, 2014.
A celebration of Kate’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 10, 2015, at First Congregational Church, 55 Elm Street, Camden. The Reverend Kevin Pleas will officiate. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Good Shepherd Food Bank, P.O. Box 1807, Auburn, ME 04211-1807, or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Northern New England Center, 114 Perimeter Road, Unit E, Nashua, NH 03063. A full obituary will be published. Arrangements are in the care of Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland.
