HOPE - Victoria R. Frost, 25, died unexpectedly, September 6, 2014, at her home.
Victoria was born in Portland, July 14, 1989, to Robert J. Noonan, III and Traci L. Cultrera.
At the age of ten, she moved to Virginia with her step-father, Shaun Frost. She later moved with him to San Jose, California, where she lived until returning to Maine in 2009.
Her life-long love of animals, was fulfilled as she recently working as a pet-groomer with Yankee Clipper in Rockport. Victoria’s love of music was born out as she played guitar and most recently she was learning to play the violin. She also enjoyed drawing.
Family get-togethers always brought her great joy and she was noted by many as a great cook.
Victoria is survived by her mother Traci and her fiancé James Dodge of Hope; her father Rob, his wife Ashley and their children Ivy, Henry and Milo, all of Portland; two brothers, Zachary Frost of San Jose, CA, Nathan Young of Bangor; step-father, Shaun Frost of San Jose, CA; paternal grandparents, Robert Noonan, Jr. and his wife Debby Beckwith-Noonan of Canaan, Mary Noonan of Greenbush; maternal grandfather, Anthony Cultrera of Las Vegas, NV; as well as several extended family members.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 19th at the Pioneer Grange Hall, Buzzell Hill Road, East Union. Arrangements are in the care of Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland.
