Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Verna Baum can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: To all the Baum Family: I am SO very sorry for your loss. Verna was a powerful influence in South Thomaston and having been a neighbor for several years, came to find out what a good person she was. My parents always enjoyed the many cribbage games they played. My deepest sympathies at this time. Not easy to lose a wife and mother.

Condolence: To Bud and family, I just now learned of your loss. Verna and my mother Dorothy Curtis Dowling shared the same exact birthday same day same year. They spent their school years here in Rockland, and were great friends. I always loved to hear stories of their friendship, she will be missed.

Condolence: Thinking of everyone who is feeling this HUGE loss right now. I have tons of photos from Verna's childhood electronically, if anyone would like copies just let me know and I can get them to you. I uploaded five here.

She was an amazing woman, with a terrific sense of humor and spunk. She will be sorely missed. Love, Shannon
