Condolence: We met Linwood at the Orff's Corner Church about ten years ago, and he always had a greeting for us and a smile like no other. We will surely miss Linwood, he was easy to talk to and considered a good friend who enjoyed being with people , very evident at the church. He was a great kidder, and he shared his likeable personality with all he met. A true gentleman, and a gentle man.

Condolence: I worked with Linwood for many years at Fisher's. He always had a ready smile and a willingness to help. In recent years I have met him quite often at the West Rockport Post Office getting his mail. I will miss our chance meetings and seeing him walking or riding his bike or seeing him and Lois going somewhere in the car. Linwood was always in motion! He is among the angels now. RIP good friend. My condolences to his family and Lois for your loss of such a great man.

Condolence:
My deepest sympathy to all the family and to Lois. Linwood was such a warm and loving friend and neighbor. He will be sadly missed by so many. I was looking for him at the RHS reunion as it is always a time to catch up. My family (Umberger's) will never forget how he watched over our Dad. Linwood will always be in my prayers. God bless you at this time of great loss.

Sincerely,
Susan Umberger
