Terry Lee  Widdecombe
SOUTH THOMASTON - Terry Lee Widdecombe, 51, died Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Eastern Maine Medical Center after an extended illness.

Born July 20, 1962 to Earl F. and Catherine Dennison Widdecombe, he was a 1981 graduate of Rockland District High School. He worked for 30 years for Fisher Engineering, resigning his position due to his declining health.

He was predeceased by his father, a brother, Timothy Widdecombe, his grandparents, William V. and Bertha A. Dennison and Alfred and Laura Widdecombe. He is survived by his mother, Catherine; his brother Tod D. Widdecombe; his sister and her husband Shawna and Scott Elwell all of South Thomaston; aunts, Lillian and Miriam Widdecombe of Rockland, Gladys and Norman Dennison of St. George, Ada and Tony Toto of Everett, Mass; Alfred and Alice Butler of Thomaston; nephew, Eric Robinson of Searsport; nieces Anne Candelaria and her husband Rob of Connecticut, Bridget Artibani and her fiancé Sherrod Wright of St. Pete, Florida; great nephews, Jackson Smith, Timothy Robinson, Jayce Elwell and Dominic Elwell; great nieces, Alexis Daly, and Samantha Daly; as well as his special friend who was like a brother, Arthur Girardin and God-son Clayton Dennison.

Visiting hours will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 17th at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock Street, Rockland. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 18th at Village Cemetery, South Thomaston.
