Obituary for Meredith R. Rinklin (Bopp)

Meredith R.  Rinklin (Bopp)
ROCKLAND, MAINE – Meredith B. Rinklin, 86, died Friday, April 6, 2012, at Knox Center for Long Term Care.

Born and raised in Kirkwood, Missouri, she was the daughter of Herbert S. and Flora C. Koch Bopp. She was a 1942 graduate of Kirkwood High School.

In 1948, she married Charles O. Rinklin in Kirkwood, where they resided all their married lives. Mr. Rinklin died in 1979.

With her husband and after his death, Mrs. Rinklin owned and operated Martin Pest Control Company in Kirkwood.

She was a longtime member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Kirkwood, an avid Bridge player and a devoted fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.

In 2006, she moved to Maine to be closer to her daughter.

Mrs. Rinklin is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ruth Rinklin and Alan Hall of Spruce Head, and her brother Orville Bopp of Kirkwood, Missouri.

No services are scheduled.
