Including: Minimum service of funeral director & staff, 24 hour availability of equipment and personnel to respond to initial call, arrangement conference, securing and recording death certificate, use of facility for sheltering and holding of human remains.
AUTOMOTIVE: $595
Transfer of human remains to funeral home (25 mile radius), transfer to human remains to crematory, and courier car.
MERCHANDISE: $220
Minimum Corrugated Cremation container NOTE: Cremation container used to transport human remains from funeral home to crematory and is cremated containing human remains.
Cremated remains are returned to the family in a temporary container. Permanent urns are available at an additional cost.
Sheet Bronze or Unfinished Pine Urn included.

Payment in full is due at time of arrangements with cash, personal check, VISA or Mastercard.
NOTE:
Above charges DO NOT INCLUDE: fee for additional certified copies of death certificate, paid newspaper death notices, clergy, organist, musician, funeral home staff assistance at service, grave opening / closing fee, use of facility, cemetery charges, or monument lettering / engraving. A casket is not required for cremation.
